Philip joined Evans and Partners in 2009 as Senior Adviser and Partner and has more than 25 years’ experience advising clients on their wealth management strategies.
He extends his advice beyond investing by working with clients to adopt a disciplined strategic review process to improve long-term returns. He also provides support to other advisers in the client’s advice network on issues such as intergenerational wealth transfers, tax-efficient investing, investment policies, cashflow management and philanthropic strategies. The tailored advice focuses on family offices and the philanthropic sector. He works in a team with Mark Summers, Jessica Byrne, Jake Duca and Darcey den Ouden.
Prior to his current role Philip worked for 10 years at Goldman Sachs JBWere assisting clients with their investments and broader wealth management strategies. Before that, he worked in London and at a large chartered accounting firm in Melbourne.
Philip has a Bachelor of Commerce from Deakin University, is a Chartered Accountant and a Certified Financial Planner. He is also chairperson of the advisory board for Sacred Heart College in Geelong.
