Philip has more than twenty five years experience advising clients on their wealth management strategies. Prior to joining Evans and Partners 2009 as a Senior Adviser and Partner, Philip worked for 10 years at GSJBWere assisting clients with investments and their broader strategic wealth management strategy. Before that, he worked for two years in London after working for 3 years in a large Melbourne Chartered Accounting Firm.
Philip extends his advice beyond investing by working with clients to adopt a disciplined strategic review process to improve long term returns. Philip works with other advisers in the client’s advice network on issues such as intergenerational wealth transfers, tax efficient investing, cashflow management and philanthropic strategies. The tailored advice extends to investing for Family Offices and the Philanthropic Sector.
Philip is a Chartered Accountant, Certified Financial Planner and an Accredited Self Managed Superannuation Specialist. He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce. Philip is Chairperson on the Sacred Heart College School Advisory Board (1500 all girls college in Geelong).
Philip works in a team with Mark Summers, Jessica Byrne, Jake Duca and Darcey den Ouden. He is married to Dani and has three children.
