The Role

Based at our Melbourne CBD office, this newly created role will report to the People and Culture Manager and will form an integral part of our team. The role will provide exposure to innovative HR practices and will facilitate extensive opportunities for career development and growth.

 

The role will be responsible for the coordination and administration of all aspects associated with the delivery of a professional and confidential generalist HR service across the firm. Tasks will include, but not be limited to:

  • Assist the People and Culture Manager with the development and implementation of HR projects, policies and procedures across the firm
  • Assist the People and Culture Manager with the coordination of recruitment campaigns in conjunction with Divisional Managers
  • Assist with all aspects of HR administration within the firm
  • Coordinate the Work Experience calendar
  • Assist the People and Culture Manager with the coordination of training and development across the firm
  • Facilitate new employee induction and provide general people and culture support to the firm
  • Coordinate staff record keeping

Selection criteria

The successful candidate will have a degree qualification in HR or be studying towards this qualification with demonstrated experience in a similar role.
