David is joined on the Morning Mail today by Evy Hambro from the London based Natural Resources team of Blackrock. This team manages approximately US$35 Billion of assets, and is also the investment manager for the ASX listed company Global Mining Investments Ltd.
We discuss Evy’s outlook for the resources sector as a whole and include discussion on topical issues such as the proposed domestic mining tax, the outlook for Chinese demand and BHP’s bid for Potash Corp. of Saskatchewan. Evy also comments on the parts of the sector he favors in the current environment.
