George Gabriel (Evans and Partners Senior Research Analyst) and Mike discuss elements of the BEN result that was released yesterday including the outlook for the next half year and the dividend. In addition, Mike and George talk about the cost of funding the bank’s loan book, including the prospect of out-of-cycle home loan rate increases. Mike also comments on the outlook for term deposit rates which form part of BEN’s funding for loans.
