In the midweek edition of the Morning Mail, Philip Anglin discusses PanAust Ltd with Evans and Partners Senior Research Analyst Cathy Moises.
Following a meeting with the management of PanAust yesterday, Cathy is confident that the company is in a position to deliver in accordance with their revised full year production guidance at Phu Kham. However, there are concerns that industry-wide cost pressures may impact the project economics of their development project, Inca De Oro (located in Brazil).
We also discuss the evolution of companies in the resources sector. Companies such as Integra Ltd and Saracen Ltd have evolved over time into companies with a market capitalistion in excess of $500m. Clients with investments in Cathy’s sector should continue to discuss the evolution of companies in their portfolio with their adviser.
