Evans and Partners has a positive recommendation on Oz Minerals, a valuation approximately 40% higher than the current share price. The company has strong earnings growth potential, an exceptional balance sheet with approximately $800 million of cash and a very strong management team. This mid-cap resource stock is one of very few to pay a dividend, and the dividend policy anticipates a 40% to 60% of earnings going back to shareholders.
