Having completed the merger with Shadforth Financial Group in late June, Snowball released its pro forma financial results for 2011 earlier this week. Paul asks Tony to outline the combined Group’s earnings base, initiatives to grow revenue in the midst of soft market conditions, and key cost reduction opportunities.
