On Tuesday last week, the Fosters Group Ltd board announced that they had rejected an “unsolicited, incomplete, non binding and conditional” approach from SABMiller PLC to acquire all shares in the company. This approach was $4.90 cash.
Paul discusses what happens from here in respect of Fosters Group Ltd and also any implication on Coca Cola Amatil Ltd if any bid from SABMiller PLC was to be successful.
