On Tuesday this week the beer and wine businesses on Foster’s Group Ltd listed separately on the Australian Stock Exchange. The beer side of the business retains the Foster’s Group name and ticker (FGL). The wine business is titled Treasury Wine Estates Ltd, with the ticker TWE.
Paul outlines our research view for both companies. This includes his view on valuation, the opportunities for the separate management teams as well as the risks / challenges.
