Over the coming weeks, those companies reporting half year results will also be declaring and paying half yearly dividends. Mike discusses the use of Call Options to enhance portfolio returns associated with this event – often referred to as a “Buy Write”.
Mike also discusses the use of Put Options to provide protection from downside in the market, either on new monies being invested or on existing portfolios.
