The Ron Evans Golf Day enters its second year where it invites Melbourne Corporates to support the establishment of the Ron Evans Fellowship for Bowel Cancer Research. The money raised from the Annual Golf Day is used to employ one of Australia’s brightest leading Cancer Research Specialists, who we hope will make ground breaking discoveries in the treatment prevention and possibly the cure of bowel cancer.
The 2007 Ron Evans Golf Day was a huge success in raising well over $150,000 for the Monash Medical Research Institute. Post Doctoral Fellow, Dr Steve Greenall, was the inaugural recipient of the Ron Evans Cancer Research Fellowship. More information on Dr Greenall's research can be found in the following newsletter.

The second annual Ron Evans Golf Day was held on Monday 24th November 2008 and again proved much fun for all involved, playing on a wonderful golf course and raising money for the important cause of Cancer Research.
