ADVISORY BOARD MEMBER
David Crawford retired as a Partner and National Chairman of KPMG in June 2001 after more than 30 years service with KPMG or its predecessor firms. In his role as National Chairman, he was also a member of the International Board of KPMG and was Chairman of the International Professional Indemnity Insurance Committee for KPMG International.
In his professional capacity as a Partner of KPMG, he has specialised in working in the restructuring of companies in financial difficulties. Some of the restructuring assignments that he has handled include International Harvester Australia Limited, The Trustees Executors and Agency Company Limited, Ariadne Australia Limited, Bond Brewing Holdings Ltd, Qintex Australia Limited, Queensland Nickel Joint Venture and The Adelaide Steamship Group.
David holds a Bachelor of Commerce, University of Melbourne, Bachelor of Law, University of Melbourne and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and Fellow of the Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants.
