Evans and Partners launches new web-site

Dear Clients

I am writing to you today to make you aware of an investment we have recently made in our business. We have re-invested some of the money that we have made in 2008 back into the business in developing a new, fresh, innovative and client friendly website.

We received wonderful feedback on phase 1 of our website. However, we thought given the good start we have made and the difficult times clients were going through with the financial markets being so poor; we should upgrade our web site making it more user- friendly, with quality research, information flow and tools that should help drive a good investment management offering for our clients.

Our new website will be launched today. You will note the following:

• Refreshed look and feel
• Quicklinks across the site for easy access to new updates and popular client areas the our site
• Research and Markets expanded to include archived articles and daily market activity
• Full Service Clients will have the ability to download latest reports from their account login
• Site wide search function for stock information
• Extensive news and information providing information on upcoming events, latest media, educational webinars and latest Evans and Partners podcasts and presentations for clients
• Introduction to Evans and Partners Community Partners

I am extremely proud of the new site and look forward to client feedback over the course of the next few weeks. I acknowledge that a new website doesn’t improve share prices which we are all keen to see after a diabolical year. In 2009 we will continue to roll out our research product and broaden the services we offer to our clients. As such, a more user friendly approach to the way we distribute information to our clients will hopefully add significant value.
