The Full Service builds on the Traditional Service by providing access to our full client reporting system, which includes:

Portfolio and Capital Gains Tax position reconstruction;
Accountant strength capital gains tax reporting accurately accounting for all corporate actions;
Quarterly realized and unrealized capital gains tax reports to help proactive management of your CGT positions;
Capital gains tax minimization technology;
Full income reports, including recording of franking credits, tax deferred income and overseas withholding tax;
Should you choose we can provide direct access to our system for your accountant to assist in monitoring your tax position
Access to our Full Service account managers for you or your accountant
Performance reporting; and
Formal regular portfolio reviews.

Full Service also includes access to a mailbox service run by Cavendish. This service relieves you of the burden and time consuming task of responding to all the paperwork and administration in regards to your portfolio. Your advisor will discuss the merit of such corporate actions and based on your wishes will instruct Cavendish to fill out the appropriate paperwork and forward it to the share registry, including:

all corporate actions – rights issues, Dividend Re-investment Plans, takeovers etc;
all dividends are received, recorded and credited to your bank account
